Art In The House

Concept:

To work with housing associations, local authorities and artists to create series of art trails around the country where work is exhibited in people’s homes. Each household would engage extensively with the curatorial team and becomes host for the paying public and the work its self.

The unique domestic settings remove the barriers that traditional venues may present to some audience members, whilst also offering an opportunity to freshly appraise existing work for others. By ending the trail in a larger venue, such as a community centre, we provide a platform for collective discussion.
